To qualify to enter the
competition you must be a resident in the United Kingdom and be 18 years
old or over. You must not be an employee, an agent or a director of
esoouk.com, its associated companies or subsidiaries or any advertising
agency or web company connected with esoouk.com, or any member of any such
person's family. esoouk.com reserves the right to verify the legibility of
all feedbacks received.
To enter the competition,
applicants need to complete the registration form on esoouk.com, including
accepting these terms and conditions. In order to qualify for the prize,
you must sell 25 items or more by the 31/5/09 and receive 25 positive
feedbacks. If you are a buyer then you need to receive 75 positive feedbacks
from sellers. As soon as you achieve either of the above mentioned
feedbacks you need to email info@esoouk.com stating “iPod Nano” on the
subject heading and your user name. We will then verify this and contact you
within 1 week.
By entering the competition, you
hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you during the
registration period is true.
The prize is not transferable and
cannot be substituted for a cash alternative. It will be a Red iPod Nano
with the following message engraved on the back “Your user name –
esoouk.com – SEE IT.LIKE IT. BUY IT”. This will be posted out to the winner
so please ensure all your details are correct when registering.
The make and model of the prize
may be subject to change. esoouk.com reserves the right to substitute the
prize for one of equal or greater value at any time.
In the event of any dispute
regarding the rules, conduct or the results of any competition, the
decision of esoouk.com shall be final.
esoouk.com reserves the right to
disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the
applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
In the event that any applicant is
disqualified from the competition, esoouk.com in its sole discretion may
decide whether a replacement esoouk user should be selected. In this
event, any further applicant will be selected on the same criteria as the
original applicant and will be subjected to these terms and conditions.
Only the winning applicant will be
contacted by esoouk.com. esoouk.com’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
The winner's name & esoouk
user name may be published on the esoouk.com website after the closing
date of the competition.
The winner may be requested to
make themselves available for promotion or publicity of esoouk.com, and
shall make themselves reasonably available for such purposes.
No responsibility can be accepted
for lost or delayed in transmission whether by email or otherwise.
esoouk.com has no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from
misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computable functions,
virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
esoouk.com reserves the right to
cancel or amend the terms of this competition at anytime without prior
notice. Any changes will be posted within the announcement board on the
site.
